Makes 3/4 cup of dressing
1/3 cup tahini (or almond butter)
2 tablespoons Italian parsley
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup light coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 avocado
2 garlic cloves
Salt + pepper
1. Add all ingredients to your Vitamix. Pulse until smooth; taste and add more salt if needed.
