Antipasti Skewers with Dipping Sauces

The simplest and most refreshing appetizer has arrived! And did you notice these Christmas colors?!

These antipasti, Mediterranean-inspired skewers comprise a low-carb, high-flavor hors d’oeuvre with an array of dipping sauces for an extra bold bite. Looking for an activity with the kids? Prepping these with little ones is perfectly appropriate! Another plus: They can be stored up to a few days in advance if you’re scrambling before the party.

If you’re craving a protein, a slice of prosciutto or salami in the pattern would work perfectly.

1 large block feta, sliced into 24 1-inch cubes
1 jar pitted Castelvetrano olives, drained
1 large jar marinated mini artichoke hearts, drained
1 container pickled sweet red peppers (or sweety drops)
1 jar olive tapenade
1 jar pesto

1. Carefully skewer one of each ingredient onto a bamboo skewer.

2. Transfer tapenade and pesto into mini bowls for dipping.

3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
