The summer entertaining bug has officially bit me! These deli sandwiches, inspired by the New Orleans Central Grocery classic, is officially my poolside bite of choice. Bring along to your next get together, picnic, or prep for your next luncheon.
Makes 1 dozen sliders
2 6-packs mini brioche buns (don’t separate them!)
1/2 cup That Pickle Guy olive muffalata salad (found it at Costco!)
12 small deli rounds Genoa or capicola salami
6 deli slices provolone cheese
4 large deli slices smoked turkey breast
4 large deli slices mortadella
Layer ingredients—in order—evenly across two sets of brioche bottom halves. Top with brioche top sets and, using a sharp knife, slice buns to achieve a perfect layered slider look.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
