Makes 1 cocktail
2 bitter orange sugar cubes
1 lime
1.5 ounces gin
4 ounces blood orange San Pellegrino
Fresh mint, to garnish
1. Place two sugar cubes in a tumbler, and squeeze 1 quarter of a lime over the top. Muddle the sugar cubes until they break down into a paste.
2. Add ice to glass, and then pour gin and San Pellegrino. Stir.
3. Squeeze remaining lime into glass, and garnish with mint. Serve.
